This cake is made with four layers of delicious vanilla (off-white) sponge cake, vanilla buttercream filling dotted with fresh sliced strawberries, and topped with more buttercream and strawberries. Although the cake is best in our standard round shape, we can create this masterpiece in a variety of other shapes (i.e. square, rectangle, heart, or VW bug…among others).
Serves 12 to 16 people depending upon final shape.
